inside your nose and you want to scratch it, but it would look like you were picking your nose, so you just have to deal with it, but it drives you crazy, so what, if anything do you do?

IT's a tiny clogged pore, like a tiny pimple. Put a little rubbing alcohol on a Qtip to dry it out. Might sting a little.

Yes. It's easy. Just excuse yourself and go to the bathroom or wait until no one is around. I did it during church once when everyone was supposed to be praying.

nothing you can do about that. just rub the outside of your nose, that helps most.
