well you could get layers and long side swept that still fit behind your ear

look through a hairstyle magazine. You can also ask your hairdresser for some ideas. You can also put your picture on the internet and select a hair style. I am not sure what the web-site is called. I have seen this at salons.

just have your hair trimmed and have it layered and angled in the front that will look nice on you.. if you want bangs and have to have them get long side bangs! good luck
