my bf is always alot nicer to me when he drinks, do you think the things he says then is really how he feels or just the alcohol talking?

I always thought that when the mean came it was was the truth. Alcohol tends to raise the libido, so I would say it's just the alcohol. But I suppose the same could be true for being nice. Still means you aren't comfortable enough saying certain tings when you are sober. Have you asked him?

I don't know.My boyfriend is just the opposite.He is really mean to me when he drinks. So I hope what my boyfriend says is not what he really feels.So I guess I didn't really help you except, to show you its really hard to tell.Hopefully your boyfriend don't have a drinking problem . So you can listen to the way he feels when hes sober and not have to listen to him all time drunk.

I think people reveal who they really are when drinking. But, to say he's more nice when he's drunk does not give him a pass to be less than when he's sober.

It could be either. Alcohol affects people in different ways.
