Why do I feel so bad and depressed when my best friend (a girl, I'm a guy we are 15) gets a boyfriend and when I see them together?

Maybe it's because you are not dating anyone at the moment. If she has found someone then be happy for her. Yes, you will have to share her with someone else, but she is a friend---not your wife. And even if she were your wife--you can't be selfish. Why don't you find other interests to occupy your time until you are able to see your friend.
Maybe you could meet some new friends.

well either u have feelings for her, but ur 15 so your going trough changes(pubirty) so your emotions-are not stable their all over the place, maybe u feel that she betrayed or lefth ur friendship--dont worry about it play it cool just relax put ur mind on something else, dont think negative and talk to her like if everything was the same
