Depend on "how broken"? Are we talking about a cut, tear, graze..?

Plaster?
Superglue? (I shi* you not - it bonds skin very well)
Stitches?
Rubbing alcohol?

if it's dry and broken, try to keep hydrated to help prevent it from happening again. The more hydrated you are, the more flexible and non-cracky your skin is.
If it's an abraision, clean it with antibacterial soap or rubbing alcohol and then cover with a bandage...
Cleaning it is crucial though, especially on your fingers, since they get exposed to so much bacteria and icky stuff every day!

i use superglue on cuts, it doesn't hurt and can't poison u.
