You need to use a program to convert a file into pdf format. This can be achieved by using adobe acrobat or another aftermarket program.

There is one FREE program called pdf995 that is pretty good. You should download it.

You will need an pdf creator like acrobat. Usually you have to buy the program but the website below has a trial offer that may work for you. Using it is easy - the computer can see it as a printer so that when you print someting like a word doc you would select the acrobat creator rather than a printer and just press print. Or just creat you document in the creator (ie acrobat).

Get this nice free utility. It creates a virtual printer, when you have your doc ready, just print to THIS PrimoPDF printer instead of your regular printer and you'll get a pdf file. Really simple and very effective.
