All right it's two ways you can do it, the long way or the short way. The long way is that you can ask one day to hang, have fun, ask to be friends and take it from there. Here is the fast way you walk up to him say you like him and ask him does he like you . I hope he does. If he says no you should realize your better than him.You should do it face up. You'll have to meet any way unless you do it in some romantic.

Does it make a difference if he's a skater or not?? Why mention that? Just drop a few hints and if he seems interested, ask him out
