To begin with... this girl took all her clothes off by herself, so she knew what she want, in my opinion she realize that she did not like you, that she really did not want to go to the whole process to have sex with you, or maybe she was playing with fire and burn herself, and the last answer to this question, she want to play, do not look back and let her go, just pretend that nothing happened. good luck the next time, it is not a rape, she new what she was doing. do not worry but do not do it again with her, now is your turn to play hard.

Yes, if she says no.
It is true, I know from experience. Even if sex starts out as consensual, the MINUTE a woman (or in some cases, a man) says NO or STOP it becomes rape. Period. No exceptions.
The person being told to stop doesn't know WHY they're being told to stop. Perhaps it's because they're hurting the other person. Maybe it's because the person decided they just don't want to have sex.
Excuse me, but I should be able to decide what goes into MY BODY, when, and for how long, NOT the person I'm having sex with.
Even if I'm having sex with my husband, I have a right, at any time, to say no. Fortunately for me, he's decent enough to listen.

Depending in what state it was done in and the actual law wording. Age plays a factor in the ultimate decision. It could be construed as "rape" and more than likely be prosecuted in that manner. Law is a big gray area that no one really knows absolutes. As always no does mean no and the minute it is said it is no longer consensual.

YES YES YES, this is absolutly a case of rape. Anytime EITHER party says no, NO means NO. It would be hard to prove, a rape kit would be pretty much ineffectual, and he said she said is all just hearsay, but it is rape.

If the girl asked you to stop half way through and you did not then yes it CAN be considered rape. It really depends on the EXACT circumstances involved. The dialoge, who, what, when, etc... Just remember, No, means just that, NO.

It is not rape if consent was given for penetration. Of course, this means it involves two adults. States have certain laws to protect juveniles.

Yes but it would hard to prove since you already made the consent.

As long as there is forcible and unconsented penetration, it is rape.
