I do not smoke that often..and if I do it is still only a few puffs..I heard that beer help flush it out since beer is a diuretic and makes you pee a lot..but I choose to drink tons of water instead.Would this help to pass a drug test? I don't want to cheat.

Well, since you don't smoke that much anyways, just stop for a little while, take the test, and it will be over with. I think it does take about a month to leave your system. Good luck! P.S. Beer or water won't help, but keep drinking beer for fun, and water for health!

Firstly the "smoke" stays in your system for several days or even weeks even if its one puff. Nomatter what you drink it won't flush your system.

Don't worry about it, it gets out of your system in 2-3 days if your not a heavy user.
