My mom if from Dominica. It is pretty neat. Still have it old charm. Going to the beach and then river is best. River can be cold at times. Sightseeing is a must. Go to the boiling lake, the falls , the reserve. It is really nice. Great people and local food.

Most of the Caribbean is of the same culture. Not to worry if you're going there on holiday it will be a guarantee that you'll enjoy yourself beyond belief
