but when i do he does chat and his mate have told me he fancies me however im why to shy to chat to him any tips for a shy gal??

You can either live thinking i asked that guy out and it did/didn't work or what if? Don't ever have any regrets in your life, including your shyness. When he does come by and chat just sort of say that you are going to the pub after work. If he says which 1? just name the nearest to you. Good luck xx

why not try havin ur breaks with him n hope u 2 would b the only 2 in ur t room that way u r more likely to actually chat to each other then u can c wot may develope

Might sound obvious.. and it's much easier said than done i would expect: but try to NOT be shy next time he's talking. Or hope that he eventually asks you out: and then just say yes. Or talk to him first one day.

"accidently" bump into him somewhere, like at the coffee machine or on the stairs...or get his email addy off your friend and send him a sneaky little msg!!or if you find yourself in a conversation with him, try to find out if you have similar interests!(u could always ask a friend beforehand and then u will have something to say)good luck

Just please make the first move. I'll be honest, I'm in the same situation at work myself. There is a cute girl, and I'm too shy to talk to her, and I would Love it if she made the first move, it shows you are interested in him.

well understand it is one both sides, he is obviously shy enough he hasn't asked you out. the only advice I can give is to just ask. since you know he is interested so he is not going to reject you. This is easier said that done though
