It sounds like a neurological problem...you need to take her to the vet and have her properly assessed. Your mention of her falling to the side makes me think vestibular disease, although it's impossible for any of us on here to tell you given that we cannot see her. Have a look at her head and eye movements- if her head is slightly tilted and/or her eyes are moving strangely, there is a strong chance that she does have vestibular disease. This affects the part of the ear and nervous system that control balance.
If it is just her leg, she may have injured some of the nerves in that leg. Is her leg colder than the others (especially the paw)? If it is, she may have thrown a clot.
It's not likely to be a stroke...the nervous system of most animals is wired a bit differently to humans, so you don't generally see paralysis from a stroke in a dog like you would in a person.
Please email me if I can be of any more help, but go and see your vet ASAP!!

Don't let the dog suffer any longer, take her to the vet NOW!!!! You can't help her wasting time asking here. The vet is the only one that can help her. Are you one of these people looking for attention, sound's like it.

TAKE HER TO THE VET! This happened to my dog last year and she had two slipped discs in her back. Even if that's not her problem, she needs medical attention NOW!
