i really need this guy to notice me soo please help on some flirting tips

Assuming you're young (high school)...
Most of it is talk and some is physical.
Look at him and don't glance away if he looks at you: make eye contact.
Dress nice but not $lutty (don't tease too much).
Poke/hug him.
Take interst on what he does: observe even the little things and comment on them to surprise him!
Compliment his talents and strong points (intelligence, looks, etc)
Laugh when he makes a joke (lol this works)
Show him that you notice him to make him notice you.
That's just how it works!

You want a guy to notice you..
Stand close to him, casual body contact, brush up against him,
Touch him with your hand, friendly & casual but close...touch him..
Girls don't touch guys by accident and guys know it...He will notice your fast...Otherwise, short skirts help when you can let him get an occasional peek ...
