I eat like a pig, but do not gain weight. Why is it that everyone asks if I'm anoresic or bulimic?

They ask you that because you probably look very thin. They may think you have an eating disorder like anorexia or bulimia. It could be that you have an over active thyroid gland and you `"burn up" all the food you eat. Are you always hungry too? What do you eat when you "pig out"?

Naturally thin girls have a hard time in todays society because of all the "it" girls being skinny and anorexic or bulemic. You probably have a very high metabolism and there is nothing you can do about it.
But you know that you are not anorexic or bulemic so don't listen to everyone else! Stay healthy and still try to eat healthy because one day your metabolism will slow down and you may not be able to keep off the weight like you can now. Good Luck!

just because you eat like a pig it doesn't mean that your NOT bulimic or anorexic.
but if you're neither. maybe you thyroid glad is over active and that's the reason your an able to gain weight, but yet loose weight.
have your thyroid glad check. good luck

if you eat like a pig, and you're thin...people just assume that you're throwing up after you eat.

not a whole lot you can do about that if your metabolism is fast.

people are constantly telling me I'm too skinny and I should gain at least 10 lbs...well, guess what? I can't even if I wanted to, I just don't gain weight like that.

So, don't worry about it...it's just people being people.

They probably ask u because if they ate like that they would gain a lot of weight and when you never do they start wondering if you are but if you aren't just tell them you have very good metabolism and to stop asking.

bulimics eat lots (but purge later) and don't gain weight. anorexics don't eat. but if you are constantly being asked i would say you look or act way too sickly to be healthy. i know very thin people who act and look healthy, lots of energy. i have had friends who are anorexic or bulimic and they don't act or usually look healthy. one friend could barely open a van door. so how is your energy? maybe you need to look into it

Because you must be skinny, even though you eat a healthy diet so people are jealous and just try to make you feel bad about your self for the way your body is.
Don't let people like that get you down, they're just immature and they're only way of handling jealousy is be putting you down.

People ask that because they have no manners. Next time someone asks if you're anorexic or bulimic, look them in the eye and say, "Why do you ask such a personal question?"

how skinny are you? high metabolism must be what you have if you can eat like that. people may be concerned if you look unhealthy. maybe try exercise to build muscle ton so you don't get eating disorder pamplets. don't sweat what strangers think about your weight. I think people just assume you have a problem if you eat and don't gain weight.

usually if someone is too skinny or eats a lot without gaining a pound, people automatically assume they have an eating disorder
