I am 18 years old and I have not yet had a boyfreind or even reqally hung out with any guys. I have never been kissed, much less had sex, and i feel that all my friends are so advanced compared to me in realtionships. I had this HUGE crush on a older man like 4 years ago, and it didn't end very well, He kinds hurt me, and I still think about him. Maybe it's wrong to say it was a crush, it was more than that.. much more, only he I didn't say anything to himand if he knew, he didin't say anythin to me... Could that be the reason why I am having problems now?

Nothing's wrong with you. I didnt have a bf until I was 19. I had little crushes before then but nothing serious. One of the bigggest things that you have to do is learn to love yourself and have a high self esteem and high confidence. You have to realize that just because you havent had a kiss, or had sex doesnt mean something's wrong with you. It may jsut mean you are not ready and that's ok.. When things are right, things will come to pass. Dont worry and please dont become dependent on a man to make you feel good because that will lead to a whole other series of problems.

There's nothing wrong with you. My stepdaughter didn't really start to date until her 2nd year in college. My 17y/o is singing the blues with you; she's had small crushes, but no boyfriend. As a mother, I'm happy with this because it allows you to concentrate on your studies. Your friends may be "advanced" but are they happy? I'm certain some of them wish they could go back in time and un-do some of the things they have done. Don't focus so much on having a boyfriend right now. True love has a habit of sneaking up on you. Just wait your turn!

I never dated until after high school. Then got married at 20. Don't worry. You are just a little slow in getting out of the gate.

naw nothing wrong with you. the guy could have cause you to have trust issues. but I don't think that is something wrong. I would not worry about it. just put yourself out there and meet people, things will work out. there are alot of nice single guys out there.
