well approach him slowly and then just kiss him. and then move your head back slowly, and smile. it works like a charm. lol.

a kiss is not something planned like a military action
it is a tender moment of shared intimacy between 2 people
if you want to plan it go this far --- hold each other look into your eyes and then kiss --- what happens next ---- what is said --- depends on the feelings that you generate --- go with the flow

well if you want to and he said he is going to, let him do it. just put yourself close to him the closer he is the more he will want to. as for afterwords. do you like him? if so follow it from there, if not then act normal
