i want to make......day of the dead bread and i dont know how much 2 packages is in cupwize....

A package of dry yeast is 1 Tablespoon. So 2 packages is one dry ounce or 1/8 cup.

Yeast doesn't come in cup amounts. A package of dry yeast is probably around a tablespoon or so.
How is your recipe calling for the ingredient?
Now if your talking about after you proof it.... it all depends on how much water you had to add. If it was a cup of water, then it is a cup of proofed yeast.

pan de dia de los muertos esta muy bueno!!!!!! and i dont think u would need a cup of yeast for that. ive made it before
