What kind of body language during your first conversation shows a girl that you are interested?

Personally I like to use my lips, mouth and tongue as body language. What I do is I take a breath, open my mouth and speak, like this, "I am interested in you."
Usually does the trick....

Iook in the eyes. It is always a tell tale sign. The eyes will automatically dilate when looking at something they like. And he will not be able to control it. It doesn't matter if it's a car, woman, sports team, etc... It is an uncontrollable reaction. That is all you will need to know.

depends on the guy, myself I am really shy, so I would probably seem nervous and bit odd, and have a hard time looking straight at her. These are not things that I do when I am not interested in a girl in that way

Listening to what she says aside from throwing myself at her!!! A fool proof sign is the guy puts on a collar and attaches a leash for you!

eye contact, attentiveness, posture, conversation skills because he should able to hold a conversation about what she's saying,

his arms are open --- not crossed
he mirrors her actions
when talking his eyes dont say he is lying --- i think they go up to the right when he lies
