Ive never lost my job to anyone and if you did then maybe you should take along hard look at yourself in the mirror and find out why your employer had to go looking for another employer to replace you in the first place then you might be able to answer your own question *smiles*

Where were you working? I am sure there is still harvest season somewhere..... you should be able to find new work easily. Or as an alternative, cross the boarder to Canada and shovel snow for the winter (illegally!).

call INS, if you can prove that the company fired you for a illegal, they will investigate. i lost my job to an arab princess that slammed the united states. my boss didn't care because they spoke the same language.
