I know that if I go to bed with something important on my mind I will dream about it. It drives me insane sometimes! Also, have you ever fallen asleep listening to music, only to have a song become part of a dream? Or have the phone ring during a dream and pick up the phone in your dream only to have it keep ringing in your dream because you haven't woken up yet? I have. I know other people who have, too. It is weird!

I don't think so. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't.

After you are asleep, your subconscious mind takes over, and no person can tell what it will or will not do. I do know the sub is like a very powerful obedient child that cannot tell the difference between a real event and an imagined event.

Just keep in your mind what you want most in life, imagine and see yourself already having what you dream of, and you will get it, . . . . . . .Guaranteed.

How does the saying go, "Ask, and believe. . .and you shall receive".

No its just one of those rumors. Don't believe everything you hear. I watch 45 minutes each night before I go to sleep and I'm fine.

Personal experience says absolutely. And things going on in the background of sleep come into dreams as well...

My wife told me to change the clock the other night just before bed. Dreamed all night that I'd changed it wrong.....what a wasted extra hour!
