Big eyes are good, my friend.
I think you already know you can't change the size of your eyeballs.
If you want them to APPEAR smaller, and you're a girl or a man who doesn't mind a bit of make-up, then you can use eyeliner on your upper and lower lids as this makes the eyes look smaller as the shape is more defined.

Nothing can be done to make them smaller. If this was how you were born they will probably be like that for life. If this is something new I would go see an eye doctor to rule out grave's disease

I don't think you should make ur eyes smaller. In China it's the latest craze to have your eyes opened out more, so they have cosmetic surgery on their eyes. SO wide eyes are suddenly more open & look brighter.
Anyhow making ur eyes smaller only restricts your view. LOL

I think the trick is to make your head appear larger. concentrate on your eyelids and the skin around your eyes. perhaps inject a growth hormone or another inflammatory agent. eat lots. fat people tend to have small beady little eyes so take a leaf out of their book. good luck big eyes ;)

It's impossible all human eyes are exactly the same size, eyes do not grow they're that size from birth until death.
You could try making your head bigger or wear shades.

My name is Chico and my eyes bug out every time I need a treat. No one seems to understand how much a chihuahua suffers from this terrible disfigurement.

Do you know if there's a reason for it, like high thyroid levels? I wouldn't try reducing them, as you could damage them and make them look worse. we all have a part or parts of ourselves we hate but we need to become confident about the person within us instead. good luck.
