Heroin additction is very serious and I strongly recommend an inpatient (residential) program for 30 days or more.

Your State DSS (department of social services) offers these services for people in your position. It's important that you call your local office as soon as possible and speak to someone who can get you admitted to one of these programs as soon as possible.

The MA state DSS site provided the following info; I hope this helps you and GOOD LUCK!!

Start out with getting to as many NA meetings as possible while you await an inpatient program. Someone in program may be able to help you find a treatment program too.
