nah, vineyard churches are for everyone! The two that I've been in have been the most real, Jesus-centered, people loving, fun having churches ever. No fakeness, no judgement, totally awesome.

If you are really interested in a Vineyard Church, it doesn't cost you anything to go and check them out first-hand.

Contact one and request a Doctrinal Statement. Any church should be willing to send you one free of charge.

Check out their web sites and look for a Statement of Faith online.

In any church you have the educated, and the not so educated. They cater to neither group,I found them to be very welcoming, and I'm not a Harvard grad.As a matter of fact I was a poor single Mom,and they were so supportive, they even helped with my bills, when my husband, left me for heroin. They counseled me,and were amazing, during the one of the most difficult time in my life.Non judgmental also.
