they grow hair above their lips because girls are humans. And humans have hair all over their body to keep worm...does that help?

Directly ON the lips? Never seen that.....Or above? All girls grow hair there - some you can see, some you can't - others wax or shave it....

Often it's due to the amount of testosterone the girl produces. Higher testosterone production often causes girls to have more facial and body hair. Remember, though, that more testosterone also equals a higher sex drive!
