My mom started with pain in the lower end (above knee) of her thigh. Her problem turned out to be inflamation of the sciatic nerve which runs from the lower back to your toes. It's the largest nerve in the body, by the way.

After lots of doctors she now takes a herbal suppliment which reduces inflamation which in turn helps with the pain. She still has leg pain at night, but nothing like she was having without the herbs.

Could it possibly be your pain is originating from your back? Here's the herbal suppliment she takes. http://www.backsupportelite.com/

I know it stresses back problems. As I said my mom felt pain in her legs but it all came from that one nerve

I wish you luck in finding relief.

I dont know, but I can help you remove the pain by taking painkillers and placing blankets underneath your legs.
