At least once a week, I recieve a 'Deja Vu' vision. As something extremely familar happens, I remember everything else that will happen within at least five seconds, though it is hard to concentrate on the thought. Recently, my mom did something, and just a second before it happened, I remembered what she will do. I must say it is pretty interesting, but alittle scary. I was always taught that seeing into the future or extreme past was "evil" (though I do not completely agree with this)
It would be nice for anyone to further explain Deja Vu, and if it is a common occurance or not.

According to the previews of the movie Deja Vu, 3 out of 4 people experience it at somepoint in thier lives. What you are describing is not Deja Vu, it is claravoiyance. The difference is that you have seen the events before they happen. Deja Vu is simply a feeling that you have been in a particular place or situation before.
Neither of these are evil or wrong in any way. You are psychic, there is nothing wrong with that. Read books on clairvoiyance and other psychic phenomenon to get a better idea of what you are dealing with. If you can learn to control it, you can use it to your advantage.

Nothing strange about it, only nobody YET knows exactly what happens, except it's some kind of electrical activity in the brain. But yes, it happens all the time.
Once I was riding a car, with like 5 friends and I had this deja vu experience that lasted like 2 whole minutes. I couldn't believe it. I realized it was happening and I didn't want it to stop, just for fun. It was kinda scary, but I'm not really afraid of those things, you know, so I don't know how I did it, but I managed to stay in that state for that long.
I couldn't believe it myself as it was happening. In fact, the strangest thing was I could "know" what I myself was going to say and do like a fraction of a sec before I said it.... !!! REALLY WEIRD... But it was kinda fun, when it was over, I told my friends, they were as freaked out as I was!!
But, well, it's one of those things, they just happen. !! ☺

There are two kinds of memory: short term and long term. You might remember a number you got from calling information for only a few minutes, while your home number resides in your long term memory.
I believe Deja Vu is caused by a confusion in the brain in which short term memories are perceived to be long term memories. Events that happened minutes ago seem to have happened a long time ago.

Deja Vu is actually an electron spark occuring in your brain. You believe that something that happened (or is happening) has occurred before, even if it hasn't occurred before.
Weird thing, yes, but it's not really psychic powers or anything, it's just thinking you're familiar with something that has happened, even though it hasn't. Or you feel like you've had the same experience before.
It's not really good or evil, just an occurrence.

once a week is alittle too frequent.
You may be having small 'seizures' in the part of the brain that is responsible for memory. This give sensastions of being there before.
Don't be alarmed, but you could check with a nuerologist/get a CTscan if your insurance is pretty good. Otherwise you may outgrow them

can't tell you if its evil or not. but i certainly have deja vu a lot. sometimes i think it happens because people tend to have repetitive behavior and therefore, see things that they or someone they know, does frequently. i think its kinda cool.

Every night someone experiences deja vu, it is whether we remember it or not.
