The actuall letter, like in the alphabet, is pronounced "enye." When it's in a word, it makes a "ny" sound. For example, the english word "canyon" would be pronounced almost he same way if it were spelt "cañon."

you pronounce it like the n in manana, Spanish for tomorrow. That mark is called a tilde, it is used in nino, the same way. The n sound is like a ny would make.
