Quark 5 read docs from Quark 6.5?

I have QuarkXPress 5, everyone else in the office is running QuarkXPress 6.5. For some reason, QXP5 won't read the documents saved from QXP6.5. Is there a way around this or am I stuck?

have them save it as an older quark doc or upgrade your machine. there is no way for a program to be forwards compatible. i had the same problem a couple years back, not much you can do.

Only way to have QuarkXPress 5 read a QuarkXPress 6.5 is when you go to File > Save As select the version as 5.0
