If you have good credit, go to your bank... if you belong to a larger bank like Wells Fargo or Bank of America, many have 24 hour customer service hotlines you can reach through an 800 number. Give them a call, and they can normally tell you whether or not you will be approved in a few minutes.

Other than that, you might try one of those pay-day advance stores if you are employed. I'm not sure how they work, as I've never actually used such a service.
