From my sins. Since returning to Christ, God delivered me from tobacco addiction. It took about a year of trying, then I gave up. I prayed, "I am not under law, I am under grace. In everthing I do in word or deed, I will do in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ." I sang that out loud.
To my surprise that was the end of the desire for tobacco. I didn't realize how simple to just submit to God & His Word, resist satan & satan flees.
There are many other things God has saved me from.

Jesus set me free from my sins and from burning in hell.
I was nine years old when I accepted Jesus Christ. I asked the Lord to come into my heart when I was at a Stockade meeting, which was like a Boy Scout's group operated by the Christian school that I attended while growing up. After that Wednesday night meeting, I went forward at church that Sunday so I could publicly announce my accepting of Christ. I was baptised the following week and went through a special class for new Christians.
Something I wish I could do is go back to that time at my current age and watch myself at that time going through that special event.

Jesus died for our sin, but first we must accept Him as our Lord and Savior, then take up our cross and follow Him.
Faith alone is NOT enough, you must act on your faith.
Faith without works is dead.
