Why electronics(cameras pdas etc) are so cheap in some stores near Times Square?

Are they refurbished? Second hand? Piracy products?

All of the above. Some of them are counterfeit. Be careful what you buy there.

It's possible that they're any one of those three things. You'd have to ask at the store. A good thing to keep in mind is that, if they're brand new (wrapped up and everything), but are still incredibly cheap compared to what they go for in other stores, it's probably a fake.
