Well in a strict theoretical way (forgetting about the weather) all countries have exactly half of their time in daylight, and half night. It is just that some countries have 12 hours day and night all year (that is those on the equator) and some countries have many hours of daylight per day in the summer, and vice versa in the winter (those near the poles).

Isn't that the North Pole? Although not a country as such I think that's the place with the most sunshine and daylight each year.

I think it should be kind of equally. For example, in St. Petersburg Russia in June it's basically day for about 20-22 hours every day and night is not a real night. But in December the day is about 5-6 hours and it's really dark

north and south pole i know in alaska theres like an entire month or somethin where its daylight the whole time

Somalia. It's so damn hot and the town I lived in hadn't had rain for 20 years (Boosasso) so no clouds.
I wouldn't move there though!!
