You have to know where you went, a store or a restaurant where you got good service and why you say that, was it because you didn't have to ask for things, the waiter returned and anticipated your needs and made the meal enjoyable rather than a nightmare. Customer service is sometimes the best part of a meal if you are out with friends or family or a nice person. Makes it so much nicer. Just think on it and give reasons.

think of a time when you asked an employee for help and were really wowed by the way they helped you. it could be a shop, restaurant, hotel, train station or airport. Maybe even on the phone. A time when you felt the person helping you really wanted to help, treated you as if you were important

Have you ever bought anything and had a problem with it, and you have had to take it back. If so, hopefully their customer service was good, and you were satisfied with everything they done to help you.

Explain that, if it has ever happened to you.
