OK, for arguments sake, let's define sinful by 'doing things that god does not want you to'.

And if god did not create evil, who created Satan, the creator of evil?

man, where in the world do so many people get the idea that God created EVERYTHING?!

I am a Christian. I love God; I take the time to find out the answers so i can bring them to others (by the way; it's why i love this site - not some opportunity to showboat or attack others)

God created every substance! Matter! Space! Antimatter (if there is such a thing)! He did not create the privations in those substances: evil (a privation of good) or doubt (a privation of faith).

i have explained this in other answers, but it's kinda stupid for me to expect everyone on Y!A to have seen it. Evil is a privation of good...just as rust is a privation on a new car. Rot is a privation in a log. God did not create evil, but He allowed good to suffer privation. He did not set it in place, but He did not stop it. He cannot be blamed for creating it, for original sin was spawned in the pride of one's heart.

Is God honored by our doubts? no. Is He honored when He witnesses those doubts overcome and sees people come to what the Greek New Testament calls "pistis" (unshakeable faith)? absolutely.

hope that helped

True God created man. Satin was created as angel by God. When god threw Satin out of Heaven. Once man sins Satin creats fear and doubt in mans soul/ heart. For no one is without sin. If, you have faith the size of a mustard seed you shall be able to move mountains. For all things are possible with GOD.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say that God created evil...

AS far a doubting God... I believe that it is natural to doubt things unseen. The Bible speaks of Gods people as being "select". It also states that Man does not save himself, rather it is trusting in God through Jesus Christ. If that Faith in Jesus is a gift from God, then those not given that gift(namely faith) can not help but doubt God.

God did not create man, nor is there any such thing as sin. To doubt is simply common sense. You should require proof of anything for which proof can be obtained; since this answer is not provable, look for consequences. It can be proved that there are no consequences that arise from either believing or not believing in god.

Doubt is a free will decision to not accept something, and not from God. It is a sin to not accept God's Word as absolute Truth.

God didn't create doubt, He created free will. There's a difference. Doubt is when we hear that little voice (Satan) telling us not to trust God and our free will allows us to believe or not to believe that voice. Free will gives you the option to exercise your faith or live in doubt.

well bible says god created evil. is it not sinful to create evil itself?

for everyoen who disagrees you are then agreeing that evil is equal to god in that both have always existed, and that neither have a creator....
