I dont think there's anything wrong with 2 high-schoolers dating each other as long as it's acceptable to the freshman's parents. I had a senior boyfriend when I was a freshman...although I wasn't actually allowed to go anywhere alone with him yet because I was not actually allowed to "date", so it mostly consisted of us talking on the phone and spending time together at school. As long as the senior remembers that he/she is older and wiser than the freshman and treats him or her with respect and doesn't encourage them to do things that they may not be ready for then it's okay.

It can be a little creepy. I was a 14 year old freshman, and there were definitely some 18 year old seniors. Considering most freshmen are somewhere around 14/15, and seniors tend to be around 17 to 18. It not only seems a bit appropriate, but at 18, it's against the law.
When the senior goes off to college, do they really want to be dating a high school sophomore?
Sophomores & Seniors isn't so bad though. By that time, the sophomore has an entire year and a summer behind them, and the age difference is typically only a couple of years.

If the senior is over 18 and said persons are planning to have a sexual relationship, most states consider it statutory rape if the minor is more than 2 years younger. Other than that, my husband would've been a sophomore my senior year. Had we gone to the same school though, I probably would've been dating his brother, who is three months older than me and was in my grade.

Both are not wrong at all, the only thing is that the parents of that freshman might not be that appreciative about you dating their daughter. Some parents will come around, some REALLY won't and could eventually lead to some complicated times with curfew and other things in that nature.

no in either case as long as ur both legal (under 18) when the senior hits 18, he/she needs to be in damn good standing with the parents of the younger party bcuz the older kid can get in trouble for statutory rape if the parents of the younger kid decides to take it there for whateva reason...to me thats stupid if the relationship start'd when they were younger n bla bla...but i dont think it's wrong...alot of people i kno that are married now are 3-7 yrs apart, so i mean...if u were to make them younger, u see the difference more (age wise) so how is that wrong? i just think once legal age is reached (18 and up) then it's necessary to follow the law and make sure the parents of the younger kid are okay with it as well.......even though it's just dating.....

Yeah, its not correct. The adulthood stages between both of you're quite off and it may't be because she is developed. in actual shown actuality that she is 15 and also you're what 18-19, its not a wide age distinction yet you're at different factors on your existence...in basic terms imagine of next year once you're in college/college and also you cant deliver your female friend out because shes not sufficiently old...strange!

It isn't wrong, but you might get teased unmercifully. The other students don't care whether it's wrong or not, it's just different, so you've opened yourself and your partner up to a lot of strife.
