Yep! If you have the credit to do so. A lot of guys do this to avoid leins and license suspensions. It is a great idea--but watch the interest rates. If the state charges less-you may be better off leaving the debt where its at- or find a low int credit card and do it that way,

Yes you can get a loan for personal reasons. The better your credit score, the better chances of getting the loan and having lower interest rates. By paying the loan on time, you will be building credit as well.

Sure. With good credit you can get a loan for any purpose you want-- but the higher the amount the harder it is to get it as an unsecured loan.
