Sounds like she has emotional problems. Keep her on a schedule. Never, ever discipline her for peeing anywhere! To correct her from peeing in the house, catch her in the act and bring her outside to pee. Is she anxious alone outside? Stay with her and praise her until her duty is done. Walk back in with her. Try taking her for walks to do her business at least once a day so she can get some engergy out that could be causing anxiety.
It could be medical, weak bladder, in this case, take her to the vet make sure she does not have a bladder or urinary tract infection.

ok i think there are like a million reasons for a dog to pee in the house.
you didnt say her age or if this is a recent thing or if she peed when she was out too.
she could be picking up a sent out side, i had a friend whos dog wouldnt pee if he was near where a fox had been, she had to change his route.
i have a grey hound whos 3 and still has the odd pee in the house for reasons un beknown to me, she is a rescue dog and i dont know her history, she doesnt do it often but ther seems to be no pattern to when or where she does it.
i have a collie cross alsation who is terrified of fire works, every year she refuses to go out for anything up to 4 days, she has given herself cycstitis every time and ends up on antibiotics and peeing all over the house.
male dogs try and show dominance by peeing and bitches are known to do it it when in heat.
it can be behavioral, like they dont want to be left alone or they are nervous or even for attention, whether the attention is good or bad the dog will still want it.
she could have a kidney infection or could be incontanant.
she sounds to me to be highly strung, i would avoid getting her exitable or nervous, no loud high pitched voices or change in her routine, make sure you time her walks, she will need up to an hour to digest her meals so dont take her out to soon, and remember when she comes back from being out she will be very thirsty so try her for a quick pee not long after you get home.
i hope you are successful in over coming this .

If she pees that much , it could be she is nervous, under stress or she may have a bladder problem. I would get her into a vet ASAP. If you let it go she could end up with damage to her urinal tract. That may or maybe be treatable.
Since I have a doggie door I never really had that problem with any of my dogs. And nearly all of them where females. They can come and go when it is needed. almost all dogs tingkle when someone new comes into the house. You need to train her not to jump up on people that enter the house. Lots of Good Luck.

Maybe you should let her stay outside longer then you do now. And peeing when she's excited is just part of how dogs are. Haven't you ever almost ever peed your pants because you were laughing so hard?? its just like dogs.

Sometimes I think that they do it because they're upset about something that you did, i.e. didn't take them along for a ride when you said that you would. So they do it just to get back at you.
