You won't go to court because you're probably old enough to be beyond the truancy stage. If I were you, I would definitely go back. Call up your school and ask them what you should do. They will probably set you up with some classes or a study plan. Good luck!!

Of course you can! Is not SUCH a big deal to be sent to court. Maybe you will have to study a lot because you missed one month of topics (probably new topics) but I don´t think that they will make you fail because of that. In my school, you only fail if you miss 25% or the school year, and one month is so not 25%!

get a fake medical report , from a friend doc , and you can always try I went back to high school after two years of dropping out ,now I'm in the university, studying what I love , doing good and people say I have a very bright future. which is not what I used to hear before when I was a drop out.

Depending on how old you are, you can go back. You may have to go to a conituation school. If you are 17 or older, they dont have to take you back.

you won't get sent to court. go and talk to a school counselor and they will tell you your options. you can always go back until you've graduated.
