I think they could pay for the border fence by offering the naming rights up for sell to the highest bidder.You know like they do Sports Arenas..I could think up all kinds of company's that would want a piece of that action.
Like Home Depot,or Micky D's.
Or it could pay for the fence by selling advertising in 1/4 mile increments.Just thinking of ways to make the fence pay for its self and make a little money on the side for Uncle Sam.

I think there's a lot of companies across the country whose trade it is to build fences, just look in your local yellow pages under 'fence'. I believe the wisest way to go would be for local companies from each state to be considered for constructing their section of the border fence...I agree that Halliburton would be a poor choice for this enterprise...
