The first one is Isaac. God gave this name to Abraham before the child was coneived
Next was Cyrus. He was mentioned by name about 150 years before he was born. The Prophet Isaiah mentioned him as the person who would overtake the city of Babylon.
John the Baptist was named before he was conceived, then Jesus followed six months later.

Luke 1:12-13 The angel told Zechariah that he and Elizabeth would call their son John.
He came to be called John the Baptist and was about 6 months older than Jesus.
Luke 1:19,31 The angel Gabriel told Mary the child would be called Jesus.
