It could be that your are experiencing a let down even though there isn't any milk. My aunt who is now 50 still has let downs.
Now, if there are fluids coming out of our nipples, then I wold think that your milk has come back. However, I'm not sure that's possible. It could just be that you're PMSing and your breasts are tender (I know mine get to be).
If you are really concerned, then I would suggest talking to your doctor. Otherwise- just wait it out.

It's not uncommon for women to have pains in the breasts for up to a year after breat feeding. Still, it is recommended you call your doctor so a screen can be done to double check for problems.

it is probably your milk finishing drying up. But I am not sure. The only way to be sure everything is fine is to get looked at by your doctor.

Go to the doctor. You may have a case of mastitis. It is an infection in the duct.
