I have difficulty in sleeping and gets awake around midnight. In the morning when I get up I feel as if I have not slept at all and the entire body aches. I do not take a nap during day time.

I have found that fruit juice helps me sleep. When I wake up in the middle of the night I take a few swallows followed by a water rinse. Passion Flower herb and 5-htp are also good.

Talk to your doctor about Trazodone. It's an anti-depressant that in low doses (50-100 mgs.) is a great sleeping pill and is NOT habit forming.

Rozerem is advertised all the time on TV. But it is so new that they haven't had a chance to report adverse effects yet.

Stick with the Trazodone. I promise you'll like it.

I don't care what people say but Ambien is what I use. I always snap in in half because a half works as good as a whole one so you really get 2 months supply instead of one.Saves money even if you have insurance.

Most medications have some side effects and addiction could be psychological as well as chemical.

I use 150 mg Trazodone, works for me.

It's not a sleeping pill, but it knocks me out... Benadryl
