No. God is a fairy tail meant to scare children. Fairy tails can't allow, or disallow anything.
According to the Big Three religions though, Mr. Yahweh is pretty much dead set against cannibalism. He doesn't even want you eating critters which eat humans. (swine, prawns, vultures etc.) Having said that though, he does "allow it", by having given humans free will. In fact, according to most sects, it's been awhile since he actually "disallowed" anything. Makes one wonder if he is still even on the job doesn't it?

No...where did that come from?

If you are talking about the old testament. It should be read in 'CONTEXT'. He is speaking of how hard it will be without God.

Deuteronomy 28:54-56
and he will not give to one of them any of the flesh of his children that he is eating. It will be all he has left because of the suffering your enemy will inflict on you during the siege of all your cities.

Cannabilism exists. If there is a God, he clearly allows it to happen. This does not mean that he is in favor of it. It may be that this God follows Star Trek's Prime Directive that doesn't allow him to interfere. Or it might mean that he doesn't mind if we eat each other.

We should use cannibalism as a last resort to find food. But I don't think he allows it one bit.
