Just use the Yahoo Calendar feature in your Yahoo Mail. It will alert you when your appt is coming up.

Yahoo calendar will do that for you.. just set it to give a monthly notice on "x" date.

on yahoo you can put it on your calander and it can set an alarm to remind you.
