What are some cards that I can try to apply for if I do not have credit nor a driver's license?

It makes it harder, but you can come prepared with mortgage or rent payments receipts, utility bills in your name or maybe a co-signer until your credit rating kicks in....good luck and use your card wisely!!

Apply for an Orchard Bank visa or a First Premier Visa. But with no credit-- be prepared for a low limit ($250) and about $100 to be already on the card in fees. If you apply online, you wont need a driver's license.

You cannot get a credit card with no credit history, but if you type secured credit card in the url, a list of options will come up. Pick one that fits. I actually recommend a prepaid credit card because they report to the credit beareau and it builds credit. Make sure that the card offers credit builder if not dont get it.

Go to your local bank. The one you bank with and they will process an application for you. If they have a website you may even be able to apply online.
