It is NOT codeine with tylenol... it is Hydrocodone with Tylenol. Look it up on the internet or a drug book. First of all let me caution you over and over again about this drug. This is a narcotic pain medication and is VERY, VERY addictive. It doesn't take much to get addicted to it and then you spend the rest of your life trying to get off of it. Not worth it...believe me! There are very few ppl who can take this medication and not get addicted to it. I have had an addiction to this drug for well over 15 years and I am still trying to get off of it. My addiction started when a dr prescribed it for me for pain due to a herniated disk in my back. My mistake was ever taking it! It makes you feel good, takes the pain away, and makes you want to keep taking it bc of these reasons. But it is so not worth it when you become addicted and it practically ruins your life. There are other drugs out there that are NOT addictive that would work just as well, and maybe better. I would ask about these medications. If I can help spare anyone the agony I have been through with this medication I would have felt like I did a "good" thing for someone. Read up on it. Good luck and I truly hope you can find something not in this category for pain.
