i missed the pill for two days but took them both as soon as i remembered as my gyno suggested. am i at risk for getting pregnant if i have sex within the next 3 days? or have they been in my system long enough now for me to not have to worry?

You should wait until you are sure your body is back to it's usual pill-controlled state. You might be fine, but why chance it? Until then, condoms are still an option.

Use a condom until after your next period. Remember, no birth control is 100% effective (even though the pill is pretty darn close), and if you have sex you can get pregnant.

Yes you are...and your doctor should have told you that also. There is always a possibilty that you can become pregnant when missing your pills...you are at a higher risk of becoming preggers...
