REPORTED! (sorry, just joking)
yea it is kind of an anonomous type sniping. Would be interested if you could see who does the thumbs up and down.
I try and not give blanket thumbs either way just becase of a viewpoint. Ive seen some good and bad answers from practitioners of all the different systems.
I can automatically expect two to three thumbs down if I mention in an answer i am Pagan, no matter what the question and how neutral my comments.

I wouldn't go THAT far. I usually use it for two reasons: 1 I disagree with your answer TO THE QUESTION. 2 I think your question is trying to insight contention.
Sometimes I have used the thumbs down when I agree with the statement made, but it does not answer the question, or it starts to answer the question then goes off on a tangent to never return.
Most of the time when I thumbs down a question, I don't even bother answering it.

I think that may be an overstatement. There has been many disagreements on here without the threat. You look for bad and you will find the bad

I think so. I also like how the teams feel the need to even out the score on a question or entire thread.

I use it if I find the question offensive instead of resorting to reporting. And I"ve put thumbs down to Christian questions that have insulted atheists and pagans as well as those who insult my religion.
