If you have water chestnuts, they typically go good in asian dinners such as hot and sour soup. Also roast in an open skillet for a few minutes to open them up and release the oils, top onto a salad or use with other nuts roughly chopped and coat chicken breasts and bake. U se your imagination, there are lots of tihngs to do with nuts.
