I'm 24 and have been in a 2 1/2 year relationship. I recently found out that my man cheated. I have always been interested in his brother, but I've held my feelings back. Is this the time to make my move?

if he cheated, if he cheated and you found out, your free to do what you want! leave him and go find someone else. in that matter go for him brother make your move!
